How the program works

Program Timeframe 4 hours a week [40+minute sessions].
Flexible Scheduling You can choose any time of day to work around your other commitments.
Built-in-training modules with online guidance to help you work through each exercise that are easy to follow.
Online Support Regular meetings/check-ins every two weeks ensure you stay on track, provide assistance and make sure you reach your goals.

Program Duration
Our minimum enrolment is 6 months with programs of 10 months or more for best results.
