In-class sessions face-to-face available in school:
Mon to Fri 8.15 am-3.15 pm
Weds 4.00 pm-6.00 pm
Saturdays 10.00 am-12.00 pm.

Flexibility is available within these times – the critical factor is the 3-4 hours per week per exercise in order for neuroplasticity to occur.
